Owner's Profile
Our CEO and founder, Tiffanie Duley, is a Registered Health Information Technology professional certified by the American Health Information Management Association. She brings over a decade of business office management skills and seven years in the medical field. She is a seasoned performer, always up-to-date on the latest coding and credentialing requirements. With her experience, she has the knowledge to navigate insurance requirements and certifications, help clients understand their benefits, and assist providers in accessing insurance options.
We’re a family-owned business, started by Tiffanie Duley in November 2022, with a grand opening on April 1st, 2023. We aim to bring in five billing or credentialing clients within the next year. With Tiffanie’s seven years of experience in billing, three years in credentialing, and David’s background in customer service and sales, we’re a dynamic duo ready to take your practice to new heights.

In addition, we offer billing services, a chord of essential tasks such as verifying claims, submitting claims, posting insurance payments, following up on denials, troubleshooting credentialing and claim issues, and sending monthly client statements. We’re here to take the worry out of owning a business, like a guardian angel watching over your finances.
Think of us as the conductor of your billing process, ensuring all claims are sent out with precision and accuracy, free of coding and insurance errors. Our goal is to perform with virtuosity, ensuring that all insurance payments are posted daily and followed up promptly. We send out monthly statements to clients, so the revenue cycle is complete, like a finished symphony, beautiful and whole.
Our credentialing services encompass all commercial insurance companies, and we offer Medicare and Medicaid upon request. Our administrative services are an ensemble of scheduling, insurance verification, pre-authorizations, sending emails to new clients, and processing new client paperwork. And for those who prefer not to field calls from potential clients, we can handle inquiries remotely, like a secretarial symphony, executing tasks with stealth and grace.
